Donna joined the Cause Capacity team in September 2023 as Recruiting + HR Business Partner. She has over 15 years of experience in Human Resources, mainly in the government contracting space. She began her career in HR in 2008 working as an HR Specialist supporting 20 clients in the DC Metro area. Additionally, Donna is a former Paralegal and Insurance Broker/Producer. When working in that role she supported both independent brokers and a national insurance carrier.

 

Donna's favorite part of working in Human Resources is when she able to support and help clients navigate through the complexity of HR across all functional areas, provide timely and excellent customer support, and be an asset to the Cause-Capacity Team!

When she isn't working, Donna enjoys traveling. She especially loves visiting Destin Beach and the Blue Ridge region. She also enjoys cooking and spending time with family and friends.
