Ebonye joined the Cause Capacity team in November 2023 as HR Business Partner. As a dedicated HR professional with over 18 years of HR leadership experience, Ebonye has contributes her skills across various sectors including retail, non-profit, insurance and risk management industries. She brings a wealth of expertise to the intersection of employees and business operations, and has a broad range of HR experience which includes workforce planning, employee relations, compliance, communications, change management, policy development and talent acquisition.

She earned a B.A. in English for Corporate Communications and Management from Christian Brothers University.  She also holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Fort Hays State University.

 

Ebonye resides in TN with her husband of 15 years and two children.  When she is not working, Ebonye enjoys reading a good book, crafts and volunteering with local organizations.
