Julie joined the Cause Capacity team in April 2024 as HR Business Partner. Julie has over 17 years of
Human Resources experience and has spent many of those years working with start-ups and non-profit
organizations. Some of Julie’s most notable achievements have been helping companies with new site
locations and international acquisitions, where she was responsible for overseeing the recruitment of
positions of all levels and implementing HR policies and procedures at the new locations. Julie loves to
see an organization grow and being part of the team that made it happen.

After becoming a mom, Julie has focused her time on HR consulting and has helped clients with projects
of varying scopes. Julie holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Relations from Wayne State University and
a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management and Spanish from Michigan State University.

Julie lives in Michigan with her family. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her 3
children and their spoiled, crazy cat. She also enjoys going on long runs outdoors and reading.
