Mary joined Cause Capacity in 2019. As Compliance Associate, she provided client support on employee handbooks, policies and procedures, state registration and compliance, candidate screening, and other risk management functions for businesses. At the end of 2023, Mary retired from her role with Cause Capacity. She continues to support our team and clients with special projects.

Mary spent more than 30 years as a litigation paralegal supporting a diverse base of practices and clients. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Denver and earned a Paralegal Certificate through an ABA approved program.

 

Mary has a reputation for strong investigative, analytical, writing and communications skills. She's best known for her in-depth knowledge of legal procedures, as well as her dependability and exceptional organizational skills.

Mary is a native Coloradan and serves clients across the U.S. She lives with her husband of 47 years in the Denver-metro area where she enjoys cycling through the many parks and greenbelts her city has to offer. She's also an avid reader and well known by her family for being creative in the kitchen. Mary has three adult children and is a beloved and active grandma to her eight grandchildren.
