Project-Based Hourly Rates
High Level Strategy Consultations
are billed at a rate of $250 per hour
General HR Projects are billed at a blended hourly rate of $150 per hour

All projects will be assigned an estimated timeline/total number of hours for completion based on project details, which will be discussed and approved in advance.

All Project-Based Hourly Service contracts will be assessed a minimum one-time onboarding fee of $500 to assess current organizational systems, operations, and needs associated with project(s).
