Renee joined the Cause Capacity team in 2021. In December 2023, Renee left the role of HR Business Partner to enjoy full retirement. She continues to keep in touch with the Cause Capacity team and support special projects.

 

She is a seasoned Human Resources Generalist Professional with 25+ years’ experience mostly in the public sector, followed by stints in the private sector and self-employment. While she has worked in most areas of HR, Renee has extensive experience in the following: Leave Management, Payroll, Performance Management, Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, HR Policy, Coaching, Mentoring, Regulations, and Workplace Investigations.

Renee proudly graduated from a selective intense 17-month management training program in 2005, earning the title of Certified Public Manager. In 2006 she achieved her professional HR Certification. During her government tenure, Renee was recognized for being a regulatory expert amongst her peers, and implemented many highly successful recruitment initiatives which brought vacancies to historical lows in critical occupational groups.

Success defined for Renee means using her Human Resources knowledge and experience to create and implement innovative HR Solutions that support the clients we serve and improve the wellbeing of their employees.

 

Renee has been married to her best friend for 10 years and has one adult daughter who lives in San Diego. When she is not working, Renee is often somewhere in the outdoors -- whether it is on a hiking trail, camping or swinging her golf clubs.
